Robert Arthur "Rob" Kardashian (born March 17, 1987) is an American television personality, model, socialite and businessman. He is best known for appearing on his family's reality television shows, such as Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Khloé & Lamar. Kardashian competed and placed second on the thirteenth season of Dancing with the Stars.
Kardashian was born in Los Angeles, California to Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner. He is one of ten children including four step-siblings and two half-sisters. He has three older sisters, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian. His parents divorced, and his mother married Bruce Jenner in 1991. He has two younger half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and four older step-siblings, Burton, Casey, Brandon, and Brody Jenner. His father, attorney Robert Kardashian, died in 2003 from esophageal cancer. She is known for starring in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the E! reality series that she shares with her family, and its spin-offs including Kourtney and Kim Take New York.
Prior to the development of her career as a reality television star, Kardashian gained notoriety as the subject of a sex tape that subsequently resulted in a court awarding her $5 million. She has been involved in the production of several lines of clothing and fragrances. In 2010, she was the highest earning reality star, with estimated earnings of $6 million, and is one of the most highly documented and followed celebrities in the world in popular media.
In August 2011, Kardashian married basketball player Kris Humphries in a widely publicized ceremony. In October 2011, Kardashian filed for divorce, 72 days after the wedding.
Kardashian was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of attorney Robert Kardashian and his wife Kris Kardashian (née Houghton). Her father was a third generation Armenian American, and her mother is of Dutch and Scottish descent. Kardashian has two sisters, Kourtney and Khloé, and one brother, Robert. Adrienne Eliza Bailon (born October 24, 1983) is an American actress, singer-songwriter, dancer, and television personality. She was a member of former girl groups 3LW and The Cheetah Girls, and is also known for her roles in the Disney Channel Original Movie of the same name and its sequels which brought the group to prominence. She has since gone on to be a solo artist signed to Island Def Jam. She also hosts afternoon programming and other events for MTV. Bailon also dated Rob Kardashian from 2007–2009 and was featured in Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Bailon was born to a Puerto Rican mother and an Ecuadorian father on October 24, 1983. She grew up in the Lower East Side, Manhattan, New York. She attended High School for Health Professions and Human Services. But when her girl group 3LW took off in 2000, she pursued her new profession as a singer rather than towards careers in health and human services.
In 1999 Bailon was singing in a church choir which caught the attention of popstar Ricky Martin. Martin asked for the best four singers, and Bailon was among those chosen. After this success Bailon auditioned to join a girl group, which became 3LW.
Rita Sahatçiu Ora (born 26 November 1990), better known as Rita Ora, is a British singer-songwriter and actress. In 2009, she appeared on the BBC's Eurovision: Your Country Needs You where she auditioned to be the British contestant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009. Later in 2009, she signed to Roc Nation. Ora is of Kosovar Albanian ethnicity.
In 2012, Ora provided the vocals for DJ Fresh’s "Hot Right Now", which has been the fastest selling single in the UK of 2012. Ora's debut single, "R.I.P", topped the UK Singles Chart in May 2012. Ora will spend the summer 2012 opening concerts for Coldplay.
Rita Ora was born in Pristina, SFR Yugoslavia (now Kosovo) and moved to the United Kingdom the same year of her birth. She grew up in West London and attended St Cuthbert with St Matthias CE Primary School in Earls Court, following which she graduated from Sylvia Young Theatre School and then St Charles Catholic Sixth Form College. She began singing from a young age. In 2004, she appeared in the British film Spivs. She auditioned for Eurovision: Your Country Needs You on BBC One to be the British contestant for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest but later withdrew from the competition after a few episodes as she did not feel ready.
Lee Hawkins was an American State Senator from Gainesville, Georgia. He was elected to the Georgia State Senate in 2006 and 2008. After his first term, he was chosen to serve as Chairman of State and Local Government Operations. He was also recognized as Legislator of the Year and various other recognitions by associations such as the Georgia Pharmacy Association, the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia, the Georgia Free Clinics, Johnson and Johnson Retirees, among others.
Hawkins has served his profession as President of the Georgia Dental Association and has been recognized as an Honorable Fellow and selected to the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the International College of Dentistry, and the American College of Dentists.
In 2010, Senator Hawkins finished second in a field of nine candidates for U.S. Congress.
